Acceptance of Terms

• sh999 reserves the right to reject any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity. Where a deposit is rejected, the funds will be returned to the originating payment account.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. sh999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per request. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published in your account dashboard and may vary based on your account verification status.
• sh999 will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe published on the platform. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where sh999's fraud prevention procedures require additional review.
• sh999 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. sh999 has no control over and is not responsible for third-party payment provider fees.

Bonuses and Promotions

sh999 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions when you claim any offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Bonus funds and real-money funds in an account may be held and wagered separately depending on the promotion structure. Where a player has both bonus funds and real-money funds, the order in which each fund type is used for wagers will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

sh999 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount, together with any winnings derived from that bonus, where sh999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has exploited a bonus offer through fraudulent activity, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

Casino Game Rules:

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sh999. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including any bonus and winnings), and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes an offence under applicable law.

• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or other automated system to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in real-time during live casino games, or coordinate betting activity in a manner designed to circumvent the platform's integrity controls.

• Request by the account holder to close their account, including self-exclusion requests. Where an account is closed by sh999 due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, sh999 reserves the right to retain the account balance (including any deposits and winnings) where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct that caused or contributed to the generation of that balance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sh999's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their sh999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
